MARYANNE GIANNINI
Founder & Owner
I have been a professional in the Beauty industry for 38 years. I emerged into a salon owner in 1990 and have owned this highly successful business. People are touched by our sincerity, integrity, and our attention to detail. My staff and I aim to provide a warm and loving atmosphere for our clients.
I have achieved credentials with Logics/Clairol hair color where I had the privilege to study with them for a year and did stage work as a team member. I have worked in salons all across New Jersey in affluent areas such as Deal and Princeton . For a few years I worked for the company of Paul Mitchell where I set up education and did consulting for salons in Ocean and Monmouth County
At Dazzlz we have achieved our own awards over the years . We were awarded a High Merit achievement through the company Matrix where we were among their top 50 salons. We have been mentioned in Salon Magazines praising and referring our services as a salon.
My philosophy for hair is to first establish a great haircut for my client customized for their hair type and life style. This haircut will be extremely versatile where different looks can be achieved with little or no effort and then can be styled with more effort for evening looks or for special occasions.
DENISE
Hairstylist /Salon manager
Denise has worked at Dazzlz Spa Salon since 1991. Her specialties are color, high lights, cuts & blow outs. She is a very creative stylist and puts her all into her work. On her off time she loves to spend her time at the beach with family & good friends. She is a mother of 4 and has enjoyed raising each one. She loves to laugh and have a good time where ever she may be at the time.
JOCELYN
Hairstylist
Jocelyn has worked at Dazzlz Spa Salon since 1999. She specializes in all phases of hair coloring & cutting. She also enjoys facials & skin care. Jocelyn says the best part of this business is working with talented people who inspire her on a daily basis.
She believes that a successful cosmetologist is one who knows how to enhance a person’s natural beauty & also knows that sometimes less is more. Jocelyn has been in the industry for 21 years.
She says she is enjoying her fourth decade on this planet although she still passes for much younger. She loves the outdoors, the beach, the mountains, traveling & spending time with her 2 "great kids".
DONNA
Hairstylist/Nail tech
Donna worked at Dazzlz Spa Salon in 1990 when Dazzlz opened their doors for the first time, and then she left for a period of time and then decided to join us once again in 2005.
Donna along with being a stylist at Dazzlz she is a substitute teacher in cosmetology for Ocean County Vo Tech. Donna is a fun loving warm person. She has been in the industry since 1979. She specializes in color, multi-dimensional highlights (subtle or BOLD), all phases of cutting and perms. She loves to create! She also specializes in Airbrush Make up.
Donna loves to travel to the Caribbean when she can get away, and when she can't get away she just loves to have fun with her family & friends, especially her grandchildren. She lives her life to the fullest and loves to laugh. Her favorite saying is "Keep your knees in the breeze & the wind in your hair and everything will turn out alright!"
LARRY
Hairstylist
Larry has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2007. Larry loves to color hair. He also loves to do high lighting and low lighting to give the best color dimension possible. He enjoys working with the reds & mocha color family.
He is very good with men’s cuts.
One of his passions is to blow out very curly hair and make it straight and shiny.
VERONICA
Hairstylist
Veronica has worked at Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2010, and has been in the cosmetology field since 2002.Veronica enjoys educating the clients on how to achieve the salon look at home.
Veronica loves Hair color! Whether it is BIG AND BOLD or small and subtle. Cutting is also her passion and she likes combining edgy looks with practical lifestyles. Her other services include custom cuts, coloring, foils, facial & body waxing, manicures, pedicures, Updo's, make up applications & ear piercing.
She feels everyone needs "Me time" and if you look good you feel GREAT!!! She enjoys giving people the confidence they deserve. She is very family oriented.... married mother of 3, so on her off time she is very busy with family. Veronica is a very loving caring and compassionate person.
JENNA
Hairstylist/Nail tech
Jenna has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2008. Jenna is an upcoming talent in the beauty industry. She’s a natural stylist and although she is fairly new in the industry you could never tell by her talents in styling, hair cutting, foiling and coloring. Jenna also is going to be the future talent at Dazzlz!
Her hair philosophy is that hair should be natural, easy, fun, and stylish for whatever event you are going to. Among her specialties include manicures, pedicures, acrylics, and nail art. Jenna is always laughing about something silly and even if you don't know what it is you laugh with her cause her laugh is contagious! She is a very fun loving person.
Not only does Jenna care about the clients in the salon she also cares about you within the community she is a volunteer firefighter in Barnegat.
BECCA
Hair Stylist/Nail Tech
Becca has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2008. Becca is full of talent, enthusiastic, loves to learn, and is extremely multifaceted. Her talents include hair, nails, skin care, spray tanning, eyelash extensions, and more services that we offer. There is just no stopping her! She is fun to be around you’ll love her like we do!
CARMEN
Hairstylist
Carmen has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2005. Carmen enjoys all phases of color, relaxers, blow outs & cuts. She is extremely versatile in her styling where she can accommodate all age groups. She is a kind caring fun loving individual.
On her off time she owns a Kayak Shop where she gives lessons & takes groups out kayaking.
ERIN
Hairstylist/Nail tech
Erin has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2010. Erin loves all things in the beauty industry, especially make-up and Up Doo's. Her clients are number one, and giving them the comfort of knowing that she really hears them and will do exactly what they ask for is her biggest priority.
She loves doing nails, and specializes in pink and whites and colored acrylic as well as 3d acrylic nail art. She believes there is no job too big or too small and is always willing to help in any project. She is an artist and loves to decorate and paint the salon windows for holidays. She also enjoys providing all color services as well as perms and waxing.
ALICE
Hairstylist
Alice has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 1993. She specializes in color High lights and loves creating haircuts! She loves to make her clients feel great about themselves and she is also a great listener to their concerns and needs.
Alice loves to put her toes in the water and her butt in the sand on her time off! She has 2 beautiful grandchildren that she loves to play with and take to the beach! Alice is a fun loving person to be around and she also has a contagious laugh!
Alice spends her vacations in Key West as often as she can, she would be a Key West native if she could!
MARIA
Hairstylist/Nail Tech
Maria has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2011.
Maria has been working in the industry since 2007. Maria is a very talented stylist and she loves helping the clients achieve their best look. She enjoys working with color, foils and creating new cuts. She also enjoys doing manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels and the new Shellac (for the natural nail).
Maria will go above and beyond to achieve the look you want. Maria is a family girl. She is a mother of 1 and is expecting her second child. On her off time she is busy spending time with her hubby, son and her dog Teddy.
NICOLE
Nail Tech
Nicole has been doing nails & waxing since 1995. She was trained in Vegas, and came back to NJ in 1997, and has been with Dazzlz Spa Salon since 2004.
She does pedicures, acrylic & natural nails and is very good at it.
Her passion is waxing and she is very particular at waxing and making sure you leave the salon totally satisfied! The way she waxes your eyebrows will sure brighten up your eyes. You will sure come back for more when you experience Nicole's waxing talent! Nicole is a fun loving individual! She loves to laugh and have a great time!
CHRISTINA
Assistant Stylist
Christina is our newest rising star. She is as talented as she is adorable. She loves to please and will do whatever she can to make you happy. Her passion is haircutting and highlighting. She is certainly evolving into an amazing stylist.
